Class Party

One of the things I miss most about Thailand (aside from my students!), is the unique foods.

Even common foods are different. Potato chips come in flavours we do not have here – burnt squid, tuna salad, spicy shrimp, sushi and seaweed to name a few. We are limited to standards like salt and vinegar, sour cream and onion, ketchup, and barbecue here in Canada.

And the sodas are still made from sugar cane, as opposed to corn syrup (as they are here). Nothing beats sugar cane Pepsi!
